Refund Policy — Money-Back Guarantee

We built onHover to make your work faster — not to create friction around purchasing decisions. If the extension does not fit your workflow, does not behave as expected on a site you depend on, or simply is not the right tool for what you need, we want to make it easy to get your money back. A refund policy only works if it is genuinely easy to use.
This policy covers your first purchase of onHover Pro. It is intentionally straightforward: 7 days, full refund, no questions asked. We believe that removing purchase risk is the right way to let you evaluate whether onHover delivers real value in your day-to-day work. If it does not, we should not be keeping your money.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with onHover, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your refund request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Refunds apply to first-time purchases only. Renewals are not refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your order ID and the email used at purchase. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
To help us process your request quickly, please include:
- Your order ID (found in your Paddle receipt email)
- The email address you used at checkout
- A brief note on why you are requesting a refund — optional, but it helps us improve the product
You do not need to explain yourself in detail. We will not ask follow-up questions before processing your refund. Once we confirm your order details, we will initiate the refund with Paddle immediately.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Funds typically appear on the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Effect of Refund
Once a refund is issued, the associated license will be revoked and onHover features will be disabled on activated devices.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of our Terms of Service.
